Since 2013, more than 100,000 men, women, and children across 354 villages have daily access to clean water close to home—transforming life in profound and lasting ways by:

Thanks to generous partners and compassionate friends, Pure Water Initiative completed 24 water projects in 2025, impacting 11,500 people, and is positioned to serve 27 additional villages and 8,500 people in 2026.

About Us
Water is the single most vital resource for ensuring health and well-being across all continents and populations. Yet more than 2.2 billion people worldwide still lack access to safe, reliable water sources.
Since 2013, Pure Water Initiative has partnered with generous individuals and foundations to transform the lives of more than 100,000 people in 354 fragile villages where clean, accessible water was desperately needed. These partnerships have brought dignity, stability, and renewed hope to communities facing daily water scarcity.
In the past year alone, 24 water projects were completed across India, Myanmar, and Southeast Asia. As we look ahead, we are excited to expand our reach to Janakpur, Nepal, and have plans underway to fund 27 new water projects in 2026.
Pure Water Initiative is deeply committed to investing in people. We work hand-in-hand with trusted local project managers and village leaders to identify the most effective solutions for each community—whether through bore wells, cisterns, or filtration systems. These relationships ensure efficient implementation and long-term success while addressing urgent needs with compassion and care.
